  • How to Burn Safely: On your first light, allow the candle to burn until the melted wax pool fully reaches the outer ceramic edges of the cup. This prevents memory tunneling and ensures a clean path forward. Discontinue lighting and extinguish the flame permanently when exactly 0.5cm of wax remains at the bottom to protect the fine bone china.

  • How to Repurpose Your Vessel: Carefully pour warm, soapy water into the cooled, expired teacup vessel to loosen the remaining wax layer. Gently slide out the residual wax disc and remove the metal cotton wick base from the bottom. Wash the cup and saucer thoroughly by hand using a soft sponge. Your beautiful heirloom keepsake is now completely ready for its second life!
